Change day start time
By default, a day in Focusmeter starts at 12 AM. This means that any timer record started within the day (from 12 AM to 12 AM of the next day) will be counted within that day itself.
For example:
- You started a timer at 1:30 AM, 10 June 2024 and it ends at 1:50 AM, 10 June 2024.
- This timer record will be counted within 10 June 2024.
Setting day start time
If the day start time is set to 2 AM, then records between 2 AM of the current date until 2 AM of the next date will be counted.
- With a day start time of 2 AM, any records within 2 AM, 9 June 2024 until 2 AM, 10 June 2024 will be counted within 9 June 2024.
- For example:
- You started a timer at 11:50 PM, 9 June 2024 and it ends at 1:00 AM, 10 June 2024.
- This timer record will be counted within 9 June 2024.
To set the day start time:
- Go to Settings > Interface & Display
- Under Calendar & Time > Day starts at, click to select the desired day start time.
Currently, the day start time can only be set in intervals of 1 hour, up to 6 AM.
